What is out there? What do you like? I have read one of the novels - and just bought 12 on Ebay to help me get over Charmed deprivation. I also have subscribed to the magazine - but haven't received an issue yet. What do you all have - and what do you recommend? I bought The Book of Shadows and was dissapointed.

I am afraid. I don't find much in the way of Charmed stuff out here in Finland. Otherwise, I have tried reading novelizations of favorite tv series' before and was never able to get into them. So, I didn't think to try it with charmed. Other than that, I just check out the fan websites, like theprophecy.net. I wouldn't mind have having some Halliwell sister dolls to add to my collection which only includes Xena and the Spice Girls. Do they make dolls of them? Hmm.

Oh I loved Leo in that episode. It was so shocking to see him made into a warrior who kills. He looked good in that outfit, though.

I got my first issue of the Charmed magazine. Not really very impresive, sadly. It appears to be written for very young readers. The "tour" of the set didn't include any photos for us to really see the set - and doesn't even give info about the props and where they came from. An article about the costume design doesn't have a single sketch or photo of the costumes. The writing alternates back and forth from a report about the 3 sisters like they are real, to a more typical fan article - sometimes within the article itself. One fan sent in their version of the manor floor plan - which could have been real interesting if they had made the picture more than 1" square. The photos they do use are publicity shots we have all seen. Argg. Save your money for the DVD sets.

The floor plan... heehee. For one class I have, we had to draw the floor plan for a house and i was looking at all the photos i could online of the manor. I wanted to use their house for my plan. Unfortunately, i sucked at it and just couldn't get it right.

The floor plan...I would love to see the floor plan. I am always trying to figure it out and have even driven past the house about a dozen times trying to reconcile what we see on the inside with what they shoot from the outside. The house on TV looks way bigger inside than when you see the actual house in person. I guess everything gains a few pounds, or square feet, on TV.

I have sent an email to the gal who drew the floor plan - maybe she will post it for us!

Hi. I'm new, just joined tonight. I was wondering if anyone has actually gotten the floor plans? I really, really, really want them! Please let me know if you come across them.

I haven't heard back from her - the email I was able to find was a school address, though, so she may have already graduated and gone on to other things. I will try again - I would love to see her take on it as well. Maybe in the the meantime, we should all try our own version. What do you think?

awwwww....*stomps foot and cries*. I can't draw worth diddly. I have a set to the first floor, it's the second floor that eludes me. Anyone know where to find them? I have a site that has them, but it's in french, and I don't savvy. perso.wanadoo.fr/justcharmed/
when it loads, click on "1329" and just guess your way from there! Anyway, thanks Jill for the effort. I'll keep looking and let you guys know what I find.

you said the house looks smaller than what inside well the is a simple explination no sences was shot inside the house and the filming never took place in san fran at all, all of the san fan.. shots are simply volt shots (footage of diffrent places to use for diffrent shows) and the only sences of the "actual manor" are the ones you see outside it and all the other shots are studio sences

Yes. I think we all realize that the shots of the interior are shot in a studio on a sound stage and some of the outside scene are filmed in Los Angeles California. Of course, you are right and I am sure others know this too that, indeed, they use 'stock' shots of San Francisco in the series. I believe it is general knowledge that the actual manor is in Los Angeles, too. I don't think explains away the perception that some people have of the size of the house, though.
